Patients in other software, a spreadsheet or on paper? Send us what you have and we enter it into your clinic in Dentigo. You don’t retype anything.
How the transfer works

Email us
Tell us which software you use and roughly how many patients you have. We reply the same or the next business day.

Send the export
Whatever your software exports, or photos of paper records. We send you a secure upload link; never an email attachment.

We enter it
Patients, contacts, medical history and past treatments go into your clinic. Usually within 2 to 5 business days.
- 4
You check
Look through a few records and tell us if anything needs fixing. Then we delete the files you sent.
What you can send
- An export from other dental software (Excel, CSV, XML, PDF)
- An Excel or Google sheet of patients
- Photos or scans of paper records
- Any mix of the above
How we handle your data
- Files come in through a secure link, not email
- We sign a data processing agreement (GDPR)
- Data is stored in the EU, isolated per clinic
- We delete the source files once you confirm the transfer
Switching doesn’t have to be a project.
For you it’s one email and a check at the end. We do the data entry, free, on the Free plan too.
