Who we are

What data we collect

We process data clinics enter into Dentigo (patient records, appointments, treatments, clinical files) and data necessary to operate the service (account information, audit logs, billing details, technical telemetry).

How we use it

To provide and improve the service, send transactional emails, meet legal obligations, and prevent abuse. We do not sell personal data.

Where data lives

Application data is hosted in the European Union (S3 eu-north-1, Stockholm). Backups are encrypted at rest. Data in transit uses TLS.

Data isolation

Each clinic's data is isolated at the database row level via tenant scoping. One clinic cannot read another clinic's records under any circumstance.

Your rights (GDPR)

Account holders and the individuals whose data they process may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of personal data by contacting privacy@dentigo.app. We comply within statutory timeframes.

Retention

Clinical records follow the regulatory retention period applicable in the clinic's jurisdiction (e.g. 7 years in Serbia for dental records). Account data is kept while the account is active and for 30 days after termination unless legal obligations require longer retention.

Sub-processors

We use a small set of sub-processors for hosting, email delivery, error monitoring, and (when shipped) SMS delivery and payment processing. A current list is available on request.
