Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using Dentigo you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. The service

Dentigo is a hosted SaaS for dental clinic management. We provide the software, hosting, backups, and support; you provide the patient and clinic data and are responsible for its accuracy and lawful processing.

3. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping credentials secure and for activity under your account. Notify us immediately at security@dentigo.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable use

No illegal content, no attempts to disrupt the service, no use that compromises patient data protection obligations. We may suspend accounts for breach.

5. Data ownership

Your data is yours. We process it on your behalf to provide the service. You can export it on request and delete it on termination (subject to legal retention requirements).

6. Billing

While billing is in development, early-access clinics operate under custom written terms. When subscription billing ships, this section will be updated with payment, refund, and cancellation terms.

7. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows are announced in advance where possible.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email and require re-acceptance.

10. Governing law
