Yes — Free is permanent. It includes 50 patients, 2 team members, and 500 MB of storage. We never email you to upgrade unless you hit a limit.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. When self-serve checkout ships, you'll upgrade with one click. Until then, write us at hello@dentigo.app and we'll switch your plan manually.
What happens when I hit a limit?
You can still use everything you already have. Adding more patients, team members, or files gets blocked until you upgrade — your existing data stays intact.
Is my data hosted in the EU?
Yes — all clinic data lives on EU infrastructure. Your clinic is isolated from every other clinic on Dentigo.
